Lot of high end high quality materials that has been used, seem built to last you several generations and also upping the entire premium feel. The flats are really well laid out & have a high ceiling that is really important now-a-days. Lot of windows around in the whole flat, giving it an airy feel along with the sunlight coming in. The building has several amenities like gym, swimming pool, huge garden, big community hall.
